Floating above, the image of “Ngư Vọng Nguyệt” unfolded through celestial fish gracefully soaring across the night sky in pursuit of the moonlight, opening the doors to a dreamlike fairy-tale realm at Parc Mall during the Mid-Autumn Festival celebration.
