I choose a path of “soft discipline”\u2014akin to an iron fist in a velvet glove (laughs)<\/i>. I realized early on that enforcing rigid, unyielding discipline often sparks resistance. At the same time, structural discipline is absolutely non-negotiable for a business to scale. Therefore, I opted for a more nuanced approach, allowing team members to organically grasp how vital discipline is to our collective success.<\/p>\n

I help my team understand that to achieve greatness and reach their highest goals, they must walk a challenging path that requires structure and restraint. Over time, this discipline ceases to feel restrictive or uncomfortable; it simply becomes a natural rhythm of their workflow. That is the essence of “soft discipline.”<\/p>\n

What serves as the North Star guiding your leadership journey with Je t\u2019aime Art?<\/b><\/p>\n

Conviction has been the unwavering compass of my journey. I have always believed that a wedding shouldn\u2019t be confined to traditional floral arrangements. Today, we can re-imagine this beautiful imagery through a contemporary creative lens, satisfying modern design sensibilities while honoring national identity. In your eyes, if there were a definition of a “perfect” wedding, what would it be?<\/b><\/p>\n

To me, a perfect wedding is one where the raw emotions of the bride and groom unfold organically, completely free of hesitation or performance.<\/p>\n
